I dare you to go to just one class. After that, you will be hooked and will start to live and breathe yoga. Zuda Yoga is power vinyasa yoga. It is utterly engaging, athletic, fast-paced, dynamic yoga. Anne-Marie is energetic, charismatic and funny! Bill is calm, grounded, and compassionate. (But his class is quite vigorous!) If you're looking for a fun and challenging place to do yoga in Sacramento, this is definitely it!
