Yesterday was my first trip to Zanzibar. What customer service! - My small purchase was wrapped in a pretty bag, and the clerk gave me a tip on how to remove candle wax from its holder.
I'll definitely be shopping there again.

Zanzibar's heartwarmingly caring customer service is a treasure to have traded with. I had a situation where I had limited online access and a very precious rush-order. They went out of their way to call not once, but twice after not receiving a response, and also included a gift! Thank you for reinstilling my trust in the marketing world, Zanbiar.
