My lifelong love of cooking brought me to start "The Hidden Table," a personal chef and catering service. Since I have long been passionate about great food, I have always enjoyed preparing gourmet meals. Although I have many perfected recipes (some of them on my website) and 25 yrs of restaurant and catering experience, I really like preparing dishes that match my clients' tastes. I've trained in St Helena Ca, Europe and South America with a focus on local cuisine.
We recently had Chef Russ in our home and he was fantastic and funny. We enjoyed every minute.
