Welcome to West Coast Martial Arts - Roseville. Our school offers classes in Martial Arts, Xtreme Fitness, and Women's Self-Defense. We have students of all ages and gender from pre-K to 60-yr olds. Our professional staff of full-time Black Belt instructors and assistant instructors are here to teach and guide you each step of the way in the development of your martial arts skills.
Along the way, you will notice improvement in physical areas such as coordination, flexibility, muscle tone, and cardiovascular fitness; and just as importantly, enhanced mental toughness and self-discipline as you progress toward your goal.

I love to see the wide range of age groups at WCMA Roseville. From the Little Dragons (pre-k) to older adults (60+). And they are all treated with RESPECT. My daughter started there when she was in elementary school (white belt) and has now earned her black belt. She has grown into a confident and caring young woman and this school has been a contributing factor. The owner and instructors are fabulous. Check out this Martial Arts school.
