The lobby is beautiful but don't be fooled. The doggie rooms are crates on shelves. There must be a least a hundred crates sitting on shelves-like a Home Depot store. It's cold too and your dog will never see daylight since play areas are indoors too. My dog was thrilled to leave. They are very expensive, the front desk staff are rude. Also watch for hidden fees. Make sure you see the crate your dog will be left in all day before you book. Once booked you can't cancel.
I have used the Wag Hotel a few times and I'm always so very pleased with the way my animal is cared for. He always comes home happy and clean because I always have him groomed there too. They do a fantastic grooming job. His coat looks like velvet when he comes home. And he gets a report card that tells me how well he did on his stay. I will always use the Wag Hotel!
My two dogs love this place. It is extremely clean. The staff is super accomodating and friendly. They are always willing to give a tour. Both times that I toured, I saw someone cleaning the floors in the kennels. I was very pleased.
My Snoopy stayed twice, once when he was 14 and once when he was 15 yrs old. He ended up needing special care after he was boarded. They took care of everything, and gave him the extra care and attention he needed while I was away. I knew he was safe and in good hands. They called me to report changes and ask questions, which I was impressed with.
The people that work there are great. They were so good to my dog, Hank Jr., and they have all types of extra benefits--including a swim day for the dogs in their pool. Check out their website...
My dog Benny loves this place. The staff just loves the animals and takes special care of them just the way I would. They have 1 hour playtime 2 times a day and it really lets my little Benny time to run off his energy.
Sometimes I can even drop by for just playtime so Benny can have some fun.
I always feel confident that Benny is happy and well cared for while I am on vacation.
We've been taking Jasper to Wag for several months. Everyone there is really friendly and they greet Jasper by name when we come in. We appreciate the fact that they report back to us how his stay was and the individual attention they give.
Wag was extremely accomodating regarding the special needs of our dog Holly. She has Addisons Disease. The "hotel" and staff were patient and caring with her.
They give my boy extra special tummy rubs and kisses when I can't be there with him. He gets lots of exercise, in a clean warm atmosphere. They even send him home with a report card!
WAG hotels is clean, refined, fun and elegant. The staff are generous with their time and love for animals. Pick up and Delivery service make it really easy for me to get out of town. I highly recommend WAG Hotels. My dog Kasey loves the place.
I love bring my pair of golden retrievers to Wag! I always feel welcomed by the front staff and the professionalism and care the handlers show is reassuring. My dogs love playgroup and I enjoy receiving their Report Cards on pick up day! Grooming isn't too pricey and my dogs always come back clean and shiny!!
Bailey and Stewie give this place 4 paws up! This is the best place in the the area to board your pet! It is very clean, the staff is great and you can view your dog via the web cam while you are on vacation!
