Opened in October 2008 by Kim Oliver and Andi Rothman who wanted to create a unique experience for customers to learn the art of wine making. Working with the winemaker, customers create their own personal batches of wine and engage in the process along the way. Juices are brought in from local growers and imported from around the world allowing Vintner's Cellar to offer a large selection of varietals and varietal blends.
