Inspired by their passion for these vineyard lands and an unwavering quest for excellence, Villa Toscano's founder, Erika Wright, and co-owner Jerry Wright, have realized their commitment to the creation of truly fine wines. "To me, wine is heart and soul," says Erika. "It is tradition. It is happiness and joy. And more than anything else, wine is a gift. It is a gift that we desire to share with friends and fellow wine lovers from all over the world. It is important to us that our guests be surrounded by exceptional wines, good food, and an atmosphere filled with old world charm and elegance. It is nothing short of a wine lover's paradise!"

I will be harsh, but this winery is exactly
what you would expect from Silicon Valley nouveau riches who decide to start
a winery without significant wine background and appreciation. The wines are totally mediocre across the board.

My visit to the winery was not as pleasant as the other comments. I prefer the smaller wineries who put their heart and soul into their wines, and do not have the corporate atmosphere.

Beautiful tasting room and grounds with excellent wines; friendly personnel; their "sister" winery, Bella Piazza, is also great; friendly and accessible owners, wonderful food, wonderful events - this place is the best in Amador County wine country.

Interesting atmosphere and their spaghetti and meatballs are out of this world, with a bottle of chardonnay tops the meal. There wines have a very interesting flavor. I love their ports and their merlots.

My husband and I have gone to the Villa Toscano twice a year. The atmosphere at this winery has a nice scenery. The wines have a very nice taste and aroma to it. We also like the food they serve their. Their Spaghetti and Meatballs are out of this world and of course with your Chardonnay.
