They need to take "St. John Knits" off their window because it's false advertisement. They botched up 2 St. John Knit slacks. When brought to their attention, worker first she saw nothing wrong with the crooked stitches. Then she said because it's knit it tends to move during sewing. Duh. Move? It's a knit. Plus, you said, you "specialized" in St. John Knits. Maybe they specialize based upon trial and error.
