It is rare to find myself needing a body shop to repair a vehicle. But when I do, I have a number of anticipated frustrations, hassles and also concerns about the quality of the work. Is it ever going to be the same, I wondered. I just got my hybrid vehicle back and it is perfect! It had fairly extensive damage and it is looking and running perfectly. Throughout the repair, Steve communicated regularly with professionalism, compassion and courtesy. I knew that my car was in the right place.
