On 3/23 my friend and I rode thru Folsom as I had a clutch that wasn't working properly. Folsom HD did nothing, they knew it was just an adjustment that would take only a few minutes. Very poor service!! Will not go back. Went to Elk Grove and was taken care of perfectly! I will be back and all my friends that ride will know the story. Tell Dennis in Sales that I wrote this compliment of your shop.. mike metcalf
