You could not say enough good things about Cassio's school. It is a very clean place to train, the instructors and fellow students are very helpful. The school helps everyone improve their Jiu jitsu game from the competitive sport jiu jitsu practioner to the recreational person just trying to stay in shape. Everyone is there to help each other learn jiu jitsu.
