Because PHil and Mariane are the BEST! They always support EAST sacramento no matter what the economy does! Phil and his crew always have a smile when you walk in the door! I celebrated my birthday there in FEB! and they made it so special! My friends loved the food! How great is that... and SWEETIES is the best for dessert! They should be on the list for A Rating too!
