They did everything they promised they would. What impressed us the most was they had enough confidence in the quality of the furniture they sell to make a follow-up call and confirm our satisfaction. After dealing with all the "big box" stores, you start to forget what the personal touch even is. It was nice to do business with a family-run operation where everyone cares.
