My husband and I love Biba's and go there for special occasions. People may say it is overpriced, but you pay for the ambiance and service and I think it is worth it. Sacramento needs more elegant places like this.

"It;s a great place to eat. Service is good and the staff is very friendly. If you have a good appetite, the combination plate is the way to go. I would definitely recommend this place.
