BIA is by far the BEST salon - and it goes beyond just the Sacramento Region. I've been a loyal client since 2004. Before going to BIA, I thought I went to salons that truly cared about the hair, but it was soon made evident to me that they really just cared about the money. NOT the case at BIA - they are truly hair care experts and top notch professionals who sincerely care about the hair. My hair has never been so healthy and well cared for - and that is becuase I can say, "I go to BIA!" ~Jeanice~
