Contours is the BEST! They have everything a woman needs in a workout. Weights, treadmill, circut, weighted hoolua hoops and more! I've been a member there for years. I have and will continue to recommend them. They are the better idea in women's gyms!

Lonna is an amazing photographer. I NEVER like my photo and avoid having my picture taken, yet I needed one for work. She did a fantastic job with her editing skills....LOL

Lunch, brunch or dinner always an enjoyable experience. Great atmosphere, one of the few restaraunts that you can actually have a conversation without talking over the music.
Bret is always creative in preparing a special vegetarian dish for me. Debbie is the best. Thanks guys. Cheers!
