Moore's Shou Shu karate is the best because the techniques are very useful and brutal, especially in a Life And Death situation. It is NOT anything FANACY!! Come On Now..... Do you need to do anything fancy like back-flips; spins; and cart-wheels when it comes down to FIGHTING FOR YOUR LIFE? NO, and that is when Shou Shu aka "BEAST ART" or MOORE'S MAGIC HANDS comes in to the rescue. We get down to the fight and NOT waste any useless motions in a fight.
