I've been a member of Prime Time Boxing for a total of 2 years now, and absolutely love it! I started in the Sacramento location, but moved to Rocklin 8 months ago. Six months ago I found out that they went corporate, and had a new location in Roseville. I've been training in the Roseville location for 3 months. I'm a martial artist at heart, and have studied many styles. However, when I came to Prime Time, I fell in love with the 'rhythm' that they had going on. The trainers know their stuff, and are motivated every single day! Everyday is a different workout, but always revolves around Boxing and core training. Over the past 5 years, I've trained at numerous boxing/martial arts gyms in the greater Sacramento area, but didn't get the instruction that I wanted. It was 'washed down' and/or there were too many people in one class. The 'obvious' for a company all about the money. The music at Prime Time? The music is non-stop and you would think a live DJ was spinning live! Lol! Well, I could go on and on about Prime Time, but you just have to try it for yourself. There's no sales person trying to make you sign a contract! All I can say is give it a try, and good luck!
