Chris was referred to us in 1999 by a co-worker at Sacramento County. Our selected photographer had ended up in jail. We were in a bind, short of time but still wanting quality. Chris had a busy schedule, but he took the time to talk with us, work out some strategies and provide some of the most wonderful pictures anyone could ask for. Chris has an eye for the perfect picture and I recommend him highly to you as I have to everyone over the past nine years. Mark Spears

Formerly “Matsuda’s, Green Acres has a wide variety of shrubs and trees. A knowledgeable staff and very competitive prices. We purchase most of our garden needs at Green Acres and return them to our home in Jackson. Mark Spears

Lucille’s is simply the best. The variety of quality food and appetizers. The nostalgic decor of the establishment and the prompt courteous service received says it all. Located close to shopping and gaming Lucille’s should be on everyone’s “must try” list. Mark Spears

Freshness, the owner of the 4 soon to be 5 grills insist of fresh seafood. 3 days from water to his restaurants or he don't take it. The difference shows along with the integrity of the staff and the comfort of the shops. You will not be disappointed. Mark Spears

We live in Jackson and travel to Thunder Valley twice a week. There is no comparison from “other” casino’s to Thunder Valley. Their entire staff, servers, security, technicians, supervisors, dealers and everyone else show that they appreciate your business. They go beyond the call of duty to help people with impairments and disabilities. The food is great, the gaming is fun and the casino is roomy, clean and has very convenient parking. Everyone is happy when they win, but Thunder Valley players are even happy when they lose. It is worth the 140 miles we travel each way to enjoy quality at it’s finest. Mark Spears

I first met Bud (may he rest in peace) and his wife Hiam in the 70's has they took over a failing sandwich shop on Fairfield. I marveled at the integrity, quality and effort they put into their wonderful sandwiches and kept the prices at a very low price. Almost 40 years later the tradition has continued in their Sacramento location. Try it, you'll like it.
