I've had both very good and questionable experiences here, but generally the good outweighs the bad. When I'm looking for a special gift or a unique kitchen item, my car is on auto pilot to their door. While I would sing their praises for selection, I've been treated like a non-person on occassion (more than once) in the course of my shopping ventures. If you have thin skin or a thin pocketbook, this is not the place for you.

We were expecting a megastore attitude...didn't happen. We were treated well from the moment we walked into the store and throughout the delivery and set-up process. Had a glitch; ...called; resolved...
We would definitely buy furniture here again.

What's not to like? The selections of wines and beers: over the top! Friendly staff in a friendly environment. Great place to hook up with friends or a casual business meeting. Shop, sip, shop....

In a word---FUN! There is always something going on. The food has been both good and bad, but the beer has always been "as advertised". As a novice beer drinker, they steer you in the right directions and don't seem to be too busy to tell you what they like and what they think you might like. Nice staff. And they sometimes have music that "rocks the house".

While Scott's is a terrific place for a quiet cocktail or meal and even a business luncheon, there is no FUN spirit. The ideal thing about Joe's: no pretension. Come as you are 24/7, bring a crowd if you'd like and just have a good time. Seafood isn't meant to be stodgy--fishermen are partiers; flow with the spirit!

Call me old school -- the setting is ideal, moreso than Old Sac which is more "touristy". Stellar service and lovely views plus food that is just plain yummy. Especially if it's just me and my guy, I'll go here every time!

Been here many times; never disappointed. Food, service, atmosphere...stellar. I've also been to several of the other sushi restaurants mentioned, but always looked forward to going back to Miyagi's. I live out of the area, so it's not always easy for me to get there, but I make it a destination.

Always a wonderful wait staff...always a delightful seasonal menu. Wine list is VERY friendly and the setting is a bonus. The food never disappoints and the atmosphere is pleasant whether for a romantic dinner or a business luncheon...how do they do it?

The wines speak for themselves--YUM!!! They have several varietals and some happy blends. Visiting the tasting room is time well spent. It's a lovely setting and the staff is knowledgeable and fun. Do not miss the opportunity to experience their sparkling wine and their "Brilliante"; a nice white blend. CHEERS!

If you haven't been here yet, you're missing out. The food is phenominal, the service is delightful and downtown Lodi is quite charming. They sport a terrific wine list and some yummy beers to round everything out. Go hungry; leave SATISFIED!
