My mother-in-law first took my husband and I to Samurai when we were 15, we haven't stopped visiting since. Our son even had the tofu from a bowl of miso soup as his "first solid food". A lot of great memories there, and of course the customer service and personal touch is a big part of why we continue to go back.

The Northgate location is nearest to my house and the staff is always very friendly. My kids love going through the wash and looking at the colors of the soap through our sun roof.
I also love the fact taht you can either sign up for the monthly car wash clubs or buy the 5 wash cards.
