Wake up Sacramento! These half educated morons are the bane of this community. If they were running this country your child would never have health care, we would be drilling for oil in Alaska, ruining the coastline of CA, invading foreign countries and starting wars all over the globe, giving every American the right to carry an AK-47 around and drink whisky on the sidewalk! Can you spell white trash? Sacramento, these guys are corporate boys with an agenda. They get paid very well to tow the corporate line. Don't be fooled.

Biba's restaurant is always exceptional. I have had the good fortune to travel around the world, several times, and the quality and elegance of this restaurant is only found or matched in a few places;New York,Paris, San Fran, Buenos Aires.
What I appreciate so much about this restaurant is the quality of the ingredients used in preparing each dish. Biba has a passion for food, and I it is lovely to have this wonderful restaurant in Sacramento. Also, the staff are very well trained. They remember names, and many have worked here for a very long time. Biba is numero uno!

While it is true that La Provence has a nice ambience, the food is certainly not French. At one point, several years ago, the chef Bernard attempted to bring Provencal ideas to the cuisine at this restaurant. Alas, the owner sacked the wonderful chef and sent him back from whence he came. The dishes now are a mere shadow of what they once were. The staff is now rude and impatient. In the not so distant past, several staff members actually spoke French. The restaurant is as French as French's mustard..au revoir...

The food is tre bon! The ambience is very much like any bistro or brassarie in France. The owner indulges everyone with a good attitude and excellent food. His sous chef, Rafik, is a great guy and very willing to answer any questions about the food or even good place to visit in Paris. Try the quiche! Also, this guy William works very hard to please everyone. Many American restaurants would have three or four people to cover all the things that William does in just a few hours. To sum, a great and lovely restaurant.
