PPS takes care of their customers! They realize that personal service is important for small businesses and they definately want to make sure you're happy with your purchase and continue to enjoy using it. Not too many competing companies can give this level of customer service. Plus their products are handcrafted 1 at a time right here in Sacramento, not mass-produced in Taiwan.
