Sandra Dee's is hands down the best barbeque in Sacramento! The mac 'n cheese and sweet tea are heavenly. The barbeque is smoked to perfection and they "kick it up a notch" with their amazing creole dishes (the jambalaya's my personal favorite). Wonderful food, great service and easy on the pocketbook; I tip my hat to Sandra & Jeff!

Spa Bloom At The Parkside is a gem in the heart of Sacramento! It has become my getaway when I don't have time to actually get away. As a Sacramento resident, I feel like I've gone to a far away, romantic and secluded location when visiting Spa Bloom. The inn is gorgeous and invokes a calm and peaceful mood as soon as you enter the door. Not only is Spa Bloom wonderful, the Inn is absolutely amazing! Stay a night or two or three (the residence is a must, at least once), enjoy a massage in your room (I absolutely love the hands on Scott) and have breakfast delivered to your door in the morning. What else could one ask for?

Eastern Ways is hands down the best martial arts school in Sacramento! Their personal attention is second to none. Join Eastern Ways and you're not only student, you're part of a family. My 15 year old son belongs to the Elk Grove Studio. He's been a student for about a year and a half and I have yet to see something that makes him smile brighter than Kung Fu. I absolutely love all the instructors. Their dedication to the art and the students is apparent when you walk through the door (Mr. Lindech and Sifu Stroh are my personal favorites).
