As a dancer at wonderful Encore! I think the teachers, staff and my fellow dancers put their all into everytihng they do.
I started at Encore 9 years ago, when I was 3, with my cousin. We started on "The Littlest Nutcracker", with Ms. Lisa I believe, as mice. A few sessions later Whitney dropped out, and I continued my dancing experience without her. From there I had many teachers, Ms. Annica, Ms. Catherine, Ms. Dana, Ms. Kristen, Ms. Serena, Ms. Katie, Ms. Karli, Ms. Kim, and many others. I took many classes, Ballet, tap, jazz/hip-hop, and lyrical. I hope to stay long enough to go en pointe. I remeber telling stories about our pets in Ms. Lisa's class. And I remeber being sad when Ms. Serena left Encore. I remember dancing on stage my 1st year with one fo the teachers on stage as a big rat. I always will love watching the second cene of the show after I went on and seeing the little dancers do their little dance. I look forward to the recitals each year. And the day after it, I want to know what the next one will be. I hope to someday, before leaving
Encore, become one of the lead characters in the show. I am proud to announce I am a good friend of the former star of the show "Cinderella", Prince Erik.
Even after the countless stretches, kicks, jumps, routines, barre stretches, and giggles, I will always be excited to go to my next dance class each week.
