Big Joe's meat is ALWAYS tender and meaty. I have had others and they just don't compare... Texas BBQ & Back 40 don't hold a candle to Big Joe's tender smoked meats.
And Big Joe is BIG, but is a sweet and tender man to his food and customers alike.
