Forest has a way of getting one's very best from them. He pushes each of his students at their own level and as they progress is strength and endurance, he ramps it up. He is easy-going and is able to give a quick nod or adjustment to a student without calling attention to them. I can remember many a time I've ready to give up, and I'll look up and see Forest giving me a nod that gave me the courage to jump back into it. His workouts are inspired and varied, challenging each muscle group and alternating between strength training and endurance workouts. He gives us an arsenal of workouts we can do at home. And he is a first-class kettlebell trainer, teaching excellent form that prevents against injury and builds pure strength. He's the absolute best trainer I've ever worked with. I originally took his classes as an adjunct support to my training for my black belt in kajukenpo. He understands how to train athletes readying for intense competitions and challenges. In short, Forest is the best trainer I've ever had!
