Hi, our names are Craig and Amy Heiser and we started our auto repair shop with the idea that we wanted the friendliest Sacramento Auto Repair Shop. The friendliest car repair business in Sacramento would be good, but the friendliest business, period, would be GREAT!! We have worked hard over the last 15 years to make this goal a reality. We would like to share this experience with you.
UA was down a person, I was a person who was down, sick with pneumonia. On the way to the doctor, a bit weak, I ran over a cement barrier. I knew I did damage to the bottom of my car. Panic sat in. In spite of their being short a person on this day, for an "extremely fair cost", the guys at UA looked at my car and put my mind and pocket book at ease. In the world of takers these days, it feels really good to be the recipient of those who do good.
