For over 50 years now, Tracy's schools for Martial Arts instruction and self defense have been the leading provider of private and group instruction in self defense and fitness, and are the oldest martial arts studios in California still in business, with over 1000 affiliate schools internationally and currently with 4 full-time (Open 10am-9pm Mon-Sat) schools locally located in Davis, Vacaville, Fairfield, and Vallejo, CA offering self-defense, mixed martial arts, and traditional martial arts instruction, training and competition for the Northern California area, and with more locations coming soon!

Tracy's gives you or your entire family their own private lesson every week PLUS unlimited group class attendance to all classes offered and access to train at our studio anytime during our business hours. Private lessons are available anytime by appointment. Group classes are drop in anytime.
