In 1971 a San Jose College student by the name of Mike Cobler purchased a sandwich shop just outside the San Jose State Campus. His founding principles were based on freshly prepared, generously portioned, made to order sandwiches. San Jose State students embraced this sandwich shop and made it part of the community. Today just like in 1971 we believe in serving only the best freshly prepared, generously portioned, made to order sandwiches, Soups and Salads. We thank you for making us part of your community.
