We offer a variety of classes from the very beginning student to the more advanced practitioner. Our focus is on proper alignment in the poses, ease of breath and peace of mind. Our philosophy is to honor you, your body and spirit. All are welcome.
If your new to yoga this is a great place to start with a 6 wk into class. A wonderful community to learn the basic's and build a strong practice!
