You will never find a more comfortable place to learn about gear and technique...everyone there is completely genuine and truly want to help everyone accomplish their personal goals. In addition, you'll see the owners and staff out on the trails and it's like they know you!

If it wasn't for running zone, I wouldn't be running today. Thanks to their expert care and advice, I now have the right shoes for my feet. Knee problems are gone, and I can run 3 miles, a first for me at 47!

This a great local business that gives back to Elk Grove and those who live there in so many ways. Besides providing Elk Grove with personal advice and a variety of equipment that you need to run, the owners at the RunningZone are committed to encourage fitness at whatever level you might be. There are qualifiers for the Boston Marathon and tri-athletes as well as those who enjoy walking on a Saturday morning. All are welcomed when they arrive and cheered on as they complete their workout. Mimi and the rest of the owners have supported local charities and those world wide to meet the needs of those who are less fortunate and to encourage fitness. I enjoy every Saturday workout that I attend and have met some dear friends that have become running partners outside of the Saturday morning workouts. They are AWESOME!!

They are conveniently located near my home in Elk Grove. The plethora of owners are all nice to me and other customers, they are genuine people and they are very accessible to get and share information regarding running and other outdoor activities because they customer base is diverse and they are able to make announcements for knowledgeable people in our area for running in south end of Sac county.
