They make it a point to get to know you. They sponser rides and most of the employees ride with you. they are very responsive to your cycling needs and have excellent service mechanics. The owner is very involved with the customers, more than any other shop I have visited.
I have been a customer of The Hub for 2 years and am confident there is no better level of customer service anywhere in the Sac Metro area. Everyone is treated as the "golden customer", whether they're buying a bike or just there to buy an extra tube. I have referred all of my friends and colleagues to go to The Hub. The other aspect that sets them apart is their riding community. The Hub has numerous teams and rides going on weekly so that if you're looking to ride, you've got a great group of people to ride with anytime. And yes, with sales going on almost all the time on various bikes, it's impossible not to find an awesome deal!
