Unfortuantely I didn't purchase my wedding dress here, but I wish I would have! I bought all my veil, shoes, all three of my flower girl dresses as well as my mom's at The Bridal Box. The service that Angel has given us was amazing. She would call me as soon as something came in and gave her oponion when needed. I will tell all of my friends to go here first in the future!
Great selection! I walked in and saw a ton of dresses I liked, then they told me there was over 300 more in the back section all priced 50% off!!!!!!! I had pulled about 15 to try on and literally bought the first one I tried on.

It was a busy Saturday and there were only two girls that worked there and they were working so hard to keep everyone happy which is especially hard if there are so many people needing and wanting attention. I read all the great reviews about the bridal box so I went with my friend to browse for wedding dresses. I was crushed after I left. The service was very dissappointing. I told her what I was looking for and she pulled 2 dresses for me sent me to a dressing room to fend for myself. She would not help me even zip up the zipper! I was completely ignored. At the end of the visit there were only me and my friend at the store and the two salesgirls went off into the back room to chat instead of helping us with dresses. I was incredibly excited about starting to plan my wedding and find my dream dress but at the end of it all I called it "quits" and just went home!

After looking for weeks for my perfect dress I walked into The Bridal Box almost defeated. From the very first moment I stepped into this bridal wonderland the staff was amazing. After about an hour of trying dresses on the owner came in and it was like she had the perfect touch. It was like she knew me for 20 years, and already designed the dress herself. Needless to say I came out knowing I had my dream dress. I would recommend this amazing little shop to anyone. People should be so lucky to find this gem!
