The bakery opened in 1990 and was modeled after the European tradition of producing freshly baked breads and pastries throughout the day. It doesn't matter whether you order a sandwich, salad, soup or pastry; it is always fresh and excellent!! The bread alone is worth coming in for. The staff is always friendly and upbeat. Andy and Matt will always make sure you get exactly what you want.
