Established in 1996, The Ballroom of Sacramento has become Sacramento's fastest growing venue for ballroom, Latin, country and swing dancing. The Main Floor (50' x 75') sports a French Quarter ambiance complete with white dance floor railing. We have a total of over 8,100 sq. feet of dance floor space to provide you with a memorable dance experience!
We offer group and privates lessons seven days a week. We offer dances on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights along with some Sundays to practice what you have learned in class.

You are never bored. All the teachers have a smile and greet you. I have been dancing with Jeanne Iben for 3 years and she a great teacher. I have met my boyfriend there from dancing and it is great because we have something in common. For the best place for fun, entertainment, and at low cost this is one of the best places to go. You need to find out what you are missing. Thank you teachers and the manager, Linda, for making it a fun place to be at. And as Trish always says, "Shoulder blade, Not shoulder blade." Thank you for the laughs.

The Ballroom is THE PLACE TO GO for Country Night on friday nights. Not only is it Country; it has the best people there. Friendly, safe atmosphere for everyone. Number one in my book!
Even with all the new places for dancers to go these days, the Ballroom of Sacramento is still the best place to go to dance and socialize! Special recognition should go to Manager Linda for maintaining the integrity of this GREAT dancing venue.

It's the best place in town to learn to Ballroom/Swing/Latin/Argentine Tango dance. No high pressure sales, no attitude, great staff, best prices. I've seen all the others and none compare. They have it all, whether you want to social dance, compete, perform or just get out of the house and meet people and get some exercise. You have to try this place!!
