Technique Gymnastics, is located in Rancho Cordova, California and the greater Sacramento area. At Technique, happy children gain athletic skills and build confidence while enthusiastic staff encourages self-esteem and character. development. We believe that our facility is for everyone. Our programs allow children just walking to adults age 22 to participate in various activities such as gymnastics, tumbling, cheer, kids fitness, competitive gymnastics teams and much more!
