We love this place, though we've had only their lunch buffet (haven't ever ordered from their menu). All the buffet trays are covered, something we really appreciate in a buffet, since it keeps the food HOT. Don't come here for the ambiance, because there isn't much to speak of. But the service if genuinely friendly & helpful, and (most importantly) the food is great.
Unlike far too many Indian buffets, Taj India's food isn't bland. It's flavorful and spicy, as it should be. We particularly love their Tandoori Chicken, and the Chicken Tikka (though disappointingly, the Tikka wasn't part of the buffet during our most recent visit). Their Saag Paneer and Chicken Makhani are also always wonderful, as are a host of other dishes we can't remember. They bring fresh, hot Nan to the table (ask for it without butter to really appreciate the taste, and to be more healthful), and it's always superb.
HIGHLY recommended; we don't even know the owners, we just love this place!
