I came to swat when one day they went to my cheer practice at the mustangs. When I came to open gym one day I looked at someone do a back walkover I said I would never be able to do that and today I have mine. And I also saw flyers and they were doing heel stretches in the air with their left leg I was like I'm never going to be that flexible today I almost have my left heel stretch.
Honestly when I first came to SWAT I had no experience. Now I am one of the best level 1 tumblers, I learned it also in about 7 months. And my friend just came to an open gym and had no experience and got her kick over on the floor with no spot.
