The Strings Italian Cafe in Folsom is great. The food is always great and consistant and the owners are always giving back to the community. I have found the staff friendly...I agree, the pasta siena is awesome!
The frequent discount coupons are always appreciated. The salad is terrific; the bread is hot, warm, and plentiful; and every entree we've ever tried has been delicious.
it might have been one bad experience but the strings in folsom is definitely lacking in terms of service. their snobbish attitudes and "I don't have time for this" demeanor left me feeling quite distraught; however, the service in El Dorado Hills is excellent.
