I'm glad the salon encourages patrons to not bring children. I love kids, but watching adults "parenting" detracts from the tranquil experience.

I for one would not want ANY children around on my special day at the salon. Please be respectful of others & their day of pampering.
If you are a mother, think twice before going to this salon. You might get a letter from the owner telling you to make "child care arrangements" for next appointment. I understand if I brought a toddler, who ran around and disturbed people, but not a 5 month old, who sat in the stroller and made cooing noises.... I was not very happy about the letter, nor the looks the owner gave me while I was getting my hair done. If she had such a problem with me, the right thing to do (on both professional and personal levels) would have been to talk to me one on one.
Like I said when I voted for Strands Salon & Spa-they make me feel like family. Always friendly & a very classy Salon. And, Leanne always, always, does a great job on my hair & my daughters, too. We love her!
They're creative, their ideas are fresh, and they're fun to be around. Jacquie, the owner, always has a smile for her clients and knows how to treat them right. Truly, she's a living goddess.
Their Sr. Stylist Jen is awesome! She gets my cut and color perfect every time. This salon is top notch and I haven't been able to find quality this level even in the bay area!
