Spotlight Dance & Fitness is a beautiful, dynamic destination offering a diverse array of dance and fitness instruction from Ballroom to Swing, Salsa, Hip Hop, and Zumba. Located in the Southport community of West Sac, we are easily accessible off Interstate 50 with plenty of parking.
Great place to take large groups for an evening of dance instruction followed by an open dance floor to showcase your new skills. My group of 20 had a blast!
The instructors are great, the location great and the prices affordable.
The dance parties they have are a great way of letting you practice what you have learned at a great price too! My lessons have been by Christina who is totally energetic, very positive, funny and friendly.... totally awesome!!!!!!
A truly welcoming group of people. Everyone is super supportive and fun-loving. I've never come across a more loving group of people all coming together in the name of dance. A very unique dynamic I wish I could I find more often. If only San Francisco was closer to Sacramento!!

I love the fact that Spotlight offers fitness programs, aside from dance classes! If you haven't tried Zumba...sign up b/c it's quite a workout; in addition to gettin' you in the mood to groove!
Spotlight is by far the best dance studio I have ever come across. The people are so friendly and the instructors are truly amazing. SPotlight is like "Cheers"....the people are friendly, always smiling, and everyone knows your name.
Spotlight has the best instructors, the greatest dance floor...it feels like dancing on a cloud.....and so many social events to choose from, but most importantly, it is like being in the happiest family you can imagine!!

I've been dancing at Spotlight since the Grand Opening years ago. Even though I live 400 miles away (in L.A.), I STILL come back for all of the big Spotlight events. I simply haven't found a better place to dance or a warmer group of people! -SEJ
I have been dancing at spotlight for years. The instructors are really friendly, always willing to answer any questions and always willing to show the dance steps in slow motion. There is always a fun atmosphere. They always hold the best social dance parties in Sacramento.
