Toni (the boss man) is a great guy and is always willing to help. A very clean facility which has a pleasant atmosphere and is a warm experience for any dog and his owner.
This facility is always clean; it is very affordable and the family that owns this facility makes customer service their number one priority. I have taken my pets else where but never again. Plus, it is a GREAT way to bond with your furry friends. In addition, the products used are of great quality and are very pet & owner friendlty.

I've been taking my 2 chow-chows to Splash Hound USA in West Sacramento since they opened! Tony is great! And what's best besides the cleanliness and hospitality...he puts up with my chow-chows and my chatter as well! Gotta love Tony! It's really a great place!
I have 2 dogs... a Basset Hound and a German pointer mix. Alot of the time I go to wash my dogs by myself or with my 4 year old in tow... without question, Tony jumps in to help me usually with my Basset, Hollie. Tony is nice to talk to , very friendly, and what I admire most about him is that he has told me, as I am sure he has told his other clients, that he opened this store to be a better dad to his kids. He told me that the job that he had working for the amusement parks was stressing him out and he decided that he wanted to build a future for his family and they chose to do this... what a benefit for not only his family but the rest of us who have the experiences that we do in his shop.
