Spencer's Frameworks, located on Freeport Blvd. in South Sacramento, has been providing quality craftmanship and creative design for art work since 1985. Our goal is to design and create the finest visual balance for each work of art.
Always attentive to each individual project, we always exceed expectations. As a full service frame shop, we offer current nationally recognized products and conservation materials.
Our gallery displays original artworks by local Sacramento artists, limited editions, photography, custom mirrors and art cards. We also provide damage repair estimates for insurance purposes. Stop by for a friendly visit, estimate, design ideas or consultation.

She does excellent work! Spends time with her customers until they are pleased with the effect. Uses quality kiln dried wood for her frames. Really makes the artwork stand out! I've never been disappointed, and she has done a lot of work for me.

Terri Spencer is a talented, wonderful lady, and her business is a true neighborhood treasure. She has a terrific eye for detail and works patiently with the customer to arrive at just the right frame for whatever the project. Recently she framed an old newspaper photograph of my mother from the 1940s - it is now beautifully preserved. I've had photos and posters framed there over the years - she always delivers a beautiful end project.
