Selland's Market-Cafe was established in December of 2001 by Randall Selland, Nancy Zimmer, Tamera Baker, and Josh Nelson.
Selland's was born as the dream of Nancy Zimmer and her daughter Tamera Baker. The concept of a cafe serving a wide variety of fresh prepared foods made with the highest quality ingredients, paired with a market carrying the same fine ingredients and more seemed like a welcome addition to the East Sacramento restaurant-scape.
Selland's truly does provide healthy FRESH food. A few years ago I worked with/ for someone at the farmers market and the owner of sellands would come pick out the freshest of the fresh for his restraunt. That's when you know you have good FRESH food.
