Well, let's just say this is an experience that I will never forget. First of all when I walked into the salon there was absolutely no one there to talk to and no one was working on anyone. So I had to go to one of the other desks to find someone and they pretty much blew me off and said "Well, they should be there, I know they are open." Okay, so I went back and there was some young blonde girl doing her makeup in the mirror towards the front of the salon for about 15 secs even before she said hello. I said I was there for my appointment at 11 that my husband had booked for me and she said okay hold on. She went to the appointment book and said it was with Heather so I went and sat down in the waiting room for her. They had some yummy snacks out there which was a good thing because I was already irritated and thinking this place wasn't as professional and "luxurious" as I had heard. So Heather started a consultation on my hair and went in the back to what I thought was to mix up color, but then about 15 minutes later came back with some older lady that said she was the manager and said she would be helping to do my color...I was already running behind with them and NOW they wanted to do a whole other consultation..okay whatever....so I am finally getting color put on my hair and this Heather girl isn't that bad, she is pretty witty and it is just me and her in the salon, I guess they must be a little slow right now. Then she starts talking smack about the people there and says she is planning on leaving someday to possibly open up her own salon. It was just uncomfortable, unprofessional and need less to say my hair wasn't worth the almost $200 they charged me for it...oh and they charged me for some conditioning thing I didn't know they would charge me for...I thought it was free and she didn't tell me when she asked if I wanted it...needless to say I won't be going there again!
