Julie Havelock has done an amazing job of creating a clean, beautiful, and welcoming space. The teachers are constantly working to improve themselves as teachers in order to give back to their students. The students are there day in and day out doing their absolute best to make themselves healthier and happier people (all the while inspiring the teachers!). And the desk staff is there to make sure everything is running smoothly and also to give you a huge smile as you come into the studio and another huge smile as you leave. Plus Sparky the Pup is always cruising around with his little tail wagging. Can't find a better Bikram studio in Sac!

Definitely best Bikram in Sac!!! The studio is beautiful, the students are inspiring, the teachers are top notch, and the owner, Julie, has her whole (huge!) heart in this studio, and it shows. Plus, it's a puppy friendly place!
Oh yeah, and the managers are pretty special girls too :)

We love it here! My husband and I practice regularly in their warm welcoming spa like studio. Awesome instructors too.
