We tried 7 different dishes and everything was amazing. All the food is made from fresh ingredients, including the coconut milk which is fresh pressed. The staff is very friendly and helpful when helping make selections. Best Thai food in Sac area and I've been to a lot.

i dont think there are words that can explain how awesome ruen thai is! go in there on a friday night and see why everyone else loves them! i have never been in there a weekend where they were not packed, and even though they're busy i still get wonderful service and am always greeted with a smile!

I call this "food for the soul". The dishes are fresh, light and delicious. They have the best Panang curry that I have ever tasted. I have four kids and all of them love the food. Aside from that, the ambiance of the restaurant and the owner, Toy and his family are a delight to visit. Toy always welcomes my children and treats our family like friends.

I lived in Thailand for two years as a school teacher and Ruen Thai is the absolute best Thai food I have found in the area. The food is top quality and authentically prepared to order; the portions are exceptional. It is a beautiful little restaurant with the owners Toy, manning the dining area and Jai the kitchen. Whether you know Thai food or not, you will find no place better than Ruen Thai.
