Rubino’s isn’t just another cookie cutter restaurant along a suburban boulevard. Owners Henry Carrillo Jr. and Christopher Rubino, original owners of Bella Italia Bistro and Wine Bar, are very passionate that their restaurant presents a wholesome interpretation of ambitious Italian American home cooking. Looking for old-time spaghetti and meatballs, real picatta chicken parmesan and the like with old-time quality attentive service - Rubino’s is the place! Almost all wines on the largely California list are available by the glass as well as the bottle and the specials are exciting for their adventurous spirit. Under the stewardship of these passionate gentlemen, this independent and neighborly restaurant will definitely lead the Rocklin community as well as provide a fantastic family dining experience.

Hard to point out the best feature. The food is excellent! The service is the best that I've had ANYWHERE. The wine list is great and the atmosphere is above anything else in the area. For anyone who has not tried Rubino's you must put it on your list.....the top of the list.

I used to go to the chains like Macaroni Grill but they pale in comparison to Rubino's genuine italian cuisine.

Since Venito's closed in San Francisco I have not found a better italian ristorante. The food is great and the service supreme.

The Bistro Fillet is one of those dishes that after having it once, you will find yourself craving and coming back for more. The owners are some of the nicest people around. They put all their heart and sole into this and it shows Hats off to you!Love, Tina

Being of italian decent...i`m hard to please,when it comes to italian food...also raised in SF...makes me that more particular...But i`m a contented person now...We finally have a great italian restaurant in Rocklin...RUBINO`S..has the taste i was missing when eating out here...since moving from the SF area,couldn`t fine a tasty restaurant..NOW IT`S HERE...GREAT FOOD/EXCELLENT ATMOSPHERE/VERY ATTENTIVE STAFF//LOVE THE PLACE...//RECOMMEND HIGHLY....YOU WON`T BE DISAPOINTED..TRY THE SCALLOPINI//AS THEY SAY IN THE GODFATHER//THE BEST VEAL IN THE CITY...WITH RAVIOLI`S...DELICIOUS..

My husband and I found Rubinos when we were going for a ride one Sunday. We find it the best tasting Italian food anywhere near this area.
And I am the lady that made them the birdhouses out of cork. Lot's of fun to do. Eileen

Moved to Loomis in May from SF bay area, this resturant is as close as they come to S.F. quality. The taste and quality of the food and service is outstanding.

My husband & I feel like we are treated like royalty at Rubino's. The food is excellent, the service is outstanding (not too intrusive but always there when you need something), and the atmosphere just right. I miss Sunday brunch! It was outstanding.

Rubino's is my favorite resturant, they have excellent service and delicious food. My family and I go there all the time for a great meal, they also have the best caesar salad!

My family and I are so excited to know, finally, in the suburbs of Sacramento, there is one restaurant that can be compared to upscale restaurants in San Francisco & Bay Area. Rubino's has fantastic menu selections, excellent food, impeccable service and great ambience, My husband is from a historic Italian town in upstate N.Y. and he is extremely picky about Italian food. It is difficult to please him but Rubino's has succeeded. He simply loves their gnocchi. Mussel Bowl (mussels in lemon butter & white wine sauce) was unbelievably delicious. Seafood Fettuccini was the best I have had in a very long time. We enjoyed every minute of dining at Rubino's. Plus, easy access from I-80, plenty of parking and handicapped-friendly. We are impressed. Bravo, Rubino's!

Chef Jesse was a well known chef in Sonoma County for many years. His italian menus are the best.

I felt warm and welcomed the minute I walked into Rubino's. The entrees are absolutely delicious complimented by an outstanding staff. I recommend a visit for those who love a wonderful dining experience.

Great Italian-american fare. The chef 's sauces are superb! They also have a wonderful Sunday Brunch.
