My experience with Persimmons has been all positive. Patrice is so knowledgeable about how muscles work together to perform properly. When I began at Persimmons my legs ached and back, especially lower, hurt often. In fact my legs kept me awake at night. I haven't experienced that in two years since I've been doing Pilates with Patrice. I can't get enough.

I am a Nurse Practitioner and have been working with Patrice Moores for almost a year. I have neglected my body for over 3 years, and ended up with low back pain, fatigue, muscle spasms. I am amazed at Patrice's expertise (without a PT license!) and often come in complaining of low back pain, which resolves after her individualized exercises (which change every week, it seems). I come in feeling tired, in pain, and hopeful. I leave feeling light and loose, without pain, and smiling from the inside out!!
I have had Pilates training with Patrice Moores, Pilates On Persimmon, and she is extensively trained not only in Pilates, but Yoga and Stretching techniques as well. She is wonderful to work with, and I feel that she should be recognized for her work in the field of Pilates training.
